Purchasing, delivery and returns



Your purchase should be sent out within 2 days of ordering if it is in stock. A bespoke item may take 4 – 6 weeks to create including discussions, design approval and creation of the finished item.


Shipping Overseas

Deliveries can be shipped to many countries on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. However, items sent to countries outside the EU mean that the recipient will be liable for local sales taxes or import duties.



Serena Fox orders are prepared with our distinctive Fox branded boxes.



All standard products ordered from Serena Fox of Fox Silver Ltd. can be returned within seven working days following the delivery date, in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged and with the original receipt.

The return will be at the purchaser’s expense. Serena Fox does not refund the original shipping cost.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of bespoke work that has been made to order.
