We appreciate that a cherished heirloom will often have great sentimental value and a history of its own, so we work closely with you to redesign or repurpose jewellery for you to wear and treasure.

All of Serena’s jewellery is handcrafted and individually created using high quality materials and often rare gems which are ethically sourced.
As part of the process Serena will discuss initial design ideas and stones, including quality and shaping.
Prices for gemstones vary considerably but she is happy to advise and explain.

The design process begins with a series of sketches and ends with the creation and manufacture of the jewellery once design, materials and gems are agreed on.

Manufacturing
Creating the vision
When you are happy with your design, materials and gem the piece will be manufactured by talented craftsmen in the London workshop which Serena shares with her husband, the renowned silversmith Richard Fox.
Delivery time will vary depending on the project. As a reference from ordering an item, we usually allow three to four weeks. for manufacture.
If you have any time constraints please discuss this at your initial consultation so we can advise accordingly.
Commissioning Jewellery
Payment and Delivery
When the piece is finished we will send you an invoice. As soon as it has been paid your order will be securely dispatched in elegant packaging.
All bespoke pieces come with custom fitted cases to keep them safe during transport and storage.
