Delivery
We carefully prepare every Serena Fox order before dispatch.
Ready-to-wear jewellery is typically dispatched within 2–5 working days.
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces require additional production time, which will be confirmed when your order is placed.
All deliveries are fully insured until signed for.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
International Delivery
We are pleased to ship internationally to selected destinations.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Returns
If you've changed your mind, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
Unworn
In their original condition
Returned with all original packaging
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Made-to-order, personalised and bespoke commissions are non-returnable but we can work on adjustments where applicable.
Faults & Repairs
If you believe your jewellery has developed a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.
Natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing fault, however we're always happy to assess your jewellery and advise on repairs where required.
